Mother’s Day 2012

I called my mother today to tell her I loved her. I got the usual ok. I know after all these years not to expect anything more. I still long for the days of dancing with Mom in the living room to Tiger by the Tail or any other music handy at the time. Although it is sad state of affairs, I choose to be grateful and hope my journey can inspire others to find their Inner FROG and leap forward.

Today we celebrated with the Snider Family! All my friends, moms and sisters around the globe- I salute you. Even when and if you do not give birth- you mentor, teach, encourage and love. Thanks for being you and loving so much. Hugs!

Just Returned from CMCA Christian Meetings & Convention Association

Just imagine, a place to do business, build relationships and lift up the love of Christ. This week was no exception at the 2012 CMCA Annual Showcase -daily activities, meetings with suppliers and the renewing of our walk with God is all in a day’s agenda.

This is the 10th Anniversary for CMCA. The family continues to grow as new faces join us. I am never surprised of the wonderful relationships and friendships I continue to make throughout the years.

Now as a speaker, I look forward to serving my fellow ministry leaders in a different capacity, offering my story as a light of hope to those they serve. We are all the hands and feet of Christ. Those we touch can either see the light of God or the world. When we are facing struggles, which we all do, we need to reach out to those friends that can help us through the valley. Don’t suffer alone. Often just admitting we need help is the first step.

Today is also my birthday. I am so blessed at this point along my journey. Are things perfect? Absolutely not! Yet, I know that as I travel through this life, I can return to God’s word and remind myself of the promises that never fail.

Wishing you lots of love,

Dallas
